Not Sealing Air Inlets

Not turning off the thermostat and allowing dust to enter into your furnace can damadge and break it. This can be an extremly expensive $7,000 "accident" due to an inexperienced and cheap drywaller.

Priming & Painting

Popcorn easily stains and yellows, so when you remove popcorn, it turns your ceiling a nautious yellow-orange. If you don't Seal the area after finishing, it will stain through your paint in time. It may not be immediate, but it will happen.

Proper Removal

The trick is to remove as much as possible without damadging the paperfaced side of the drywall underneath. If you don't remove enough, there is a possibility of the texture separating and not adhering properly.

We don't just turn off your thermostat, we tape all supply & return air pannels to ensure no dust travels even if you accidentally need a little more cool in the summer and warmth in the winter.

Double protecting your carpets

Popcorn removal is the messiest process, so we overlap Carpet protective tape to completely stop any dust and we lay a second layer of 4mil plastic on top to catch any final dust before it gets anywhere near the fibers.

Minimizing Dust in your home.

Creating Zippered plastic doors, a second pair of shoes to slip into & accessing you space from only one entrence to minimize outside mess and to reduce dust from traveling within your home.

Plastic & Disposal

Taping off the walls as well with painters tape helps minimize dust and once complete we wrap everything up like a giant plastic burrito and dispose of it so you don't have to.

Membership

In January & February we offer normal wear and tear touch ups to clients we've worked with. In any rooms that we have worked in we will patch Nail holes from hanging photos, dents from the kids, and scratches from the dogs & cats. All you have to do is a quick painting. All gone, once a year!

If you bump your ceiling, we will repair & repaint the area so it's back to perfect.

FREE Cleaning

For clients who we removed popcorn in the majority of your home, we offer a FREE "Move in cleaning" thanks to Luna's Specialty Cleaning Services LLC. They clean schools, Museums & commercial spaces but will deep clean your home professionally after popcorn removal (the messiest process) has taken place. You no longer have to lift a finger before or after.

Attention to detail

Because you are working with drywallers, we scan the ceiling ever time another layer of paint goes on for imperfections. This is a total of 4 times we check the wall for touch ups. We don't allo out of place.
